Although we may be almost into December, and I may have alluded to it elsewhere. I am delighted to announce I will be riding for, the Oudenaarde based, Asfra Racing Team.
The long-standing, team rides at top competition level. This means I will have the best of, both, the amateur and professional scene as I will be eligible to ride normal Kermesses all the way up to big UCI races and Pro Kermesses. trading blows with the likes of BMC and Quickstep.
I feel the fierce, competitive environment of Belgium will be a great place for me to progress next year under the guidance of the team at Asfra. I look forward to new opportunities and wish to take full advantage of them.
For the 2018 season, I will be living in Oudenaarde; a town famous for its cycling culture. It has been the finish for the Tour of Flanders since 2012 and is surrounded by many famous climbs including the Koppenburg, Kwaremont, and Paterberg. I hope to immerse myself in this culture and use it to motivate me to, hopefully, many successes next year.
